I know I have to transplant soon but was hopeing to build little planter inserts in the door. Does any body have tips for such a garden? Love some imput. I have all kinds of hierloom lettus, corn, strawberrys, basil, rosmary, oragano, tomatos and lots of other stuff.

Mollie, check out the vertical garden that was installed at the surf shop, few yards away from you. I am not sure where they got the pouches but I am sure you can find them online. It is so smart. I also saw vertical gardens made of crates, pretty clever. If you need the link let me know, I can find it for you.
I might come by on Wednesday, will you be there? I can't believe I haven't see your place yet.
Thanks Laura,
Yes, I need to figure something out. I will go visit them. I am usually there until time to pick up kids. come by....
OMG, Juju looks so BIG! And that place looks incredible!
Molly, how wonderful you are growing Indigo in the garden! I've been growing some too, the Japanese variety, and I'm so excited to make a big fermentation vat this summer. Maybe you want to join me? And let's process some nettles together. I think I'm going to gather a bunch for real this weekend. I'll let you know. Also, I've just started my own blogspot, called The Indigo Vat, :), with writing and projects and adventures. Come see!
